The set of transactions available in NaviNet varies from health plan to health plan.
After you add the right health plans to NaviNet, the best way to see each health plan's capabilities is to browse the health plan's menu. In NaviNet, select My Health Plans, and then click a health plan name. Then, look under Workflows for This Plan to see a list of transactions that are available for that health plan.
Please note that NaviNet users in your office may not all see the same list of transactions, as you may need to enable permission for some transactions. You can also disable transactions for users who do not need access to them to do their jobs.
