Workflow: 

  • Claim Status Inquiry

Starting March 11, you can view additional details about why Neighborhood Health Plan of RI denied a claim.

  1. Sign in to NaviNet. On the Health Plans menu, click Neighborhood Health Plan of RI.
  2. Under Workflows for this Plan, click Claim Status Inquiry.
  3. Provide the required search criteria, and click Search. The Claim Status Details screen appears.
    • If Neighborhood Health Plan of RI denied an entire claim, you see denial details above the service line section.
    • If Neighborhood Health Plan of RI denied specific services on the claim, point to a service line, and then click View Additional Detail to view more denial details:
