Any claim that has been submitted to and accepted by the health plan is viewable in NaviNet.



Claims appear with the following statuses:

  • Pended – The health plan has received the claim but it has not yet been fully processed.
  • Finalized/Payment - (for all finalized claims where payment has been made). This includes paid claims, rejected (with payment amount of $0.0) claims, and adjusted claims.
  • Finalized - The claim has been fully processed, but payment has not yet been made. Once payment has been made, the status will update to "Finalized/Payment".
