How do I enable Send Document to Plan for users in my office?

Health Plans:

Before a user can send documents to any health plan, a NaviNet Security Officer in their office must enable the appropriate permissions for that user at two levels.

  1. Permission to access the Send Document to Plan link and pane.
    Enable the "Document Submission" permission for NaviNet.
  2. Permission to send documents to the specific health plan(s). 
    Enable the "Document Submission" permission for the health plan(s). This lets the user select the health plan(s) from the Send to Plan field of the Send Document to Plan pane. If you do not enable this permission for any health plans, then the Send to Plan field will be unavailable to the user, and this error appears: "You have not been granted permission to any health plans. Please contact your security officer."
