Starting winter 2021, we’re rolling out a new sign‐in page for NaviNet.
In addition to the new look, the links at the bottom make it easy to recover your username or password if you forget them.
How do I sign in?
Use the same URL address that you use today: https://connect.navinet.net.
The first time you see the new sign‐in page, you must type your current username and password. After you sign in the first time, you can save your credentials using your browser’s password manager, if your IT policy allows it.
What should I do to prepare?
To prepare for the new sign‐in page, do the following:
- Review your NaviNet username, password, and security questions and answers now. Sign in to view your security questions and answers. Click Change My Security Questions, and then type your password to view them.
- Ensure that you're using a supported browser.
What if I forget my username or password?
If you see the new sign‐in page, and forgot your username or password, click Forgot username or Forgot password and provide the requested information. Within five minutes, if we have your information on file, we'll email you a link to reset your password.

Why did you update the NaviNet sign-in page?
We updated the sign-in page to improve your NaviNet experience. The links on the new page let you retrieve your username or reset your password more easily and securely.
