I cannot see all of the items in my NaviNet screen. What can I do?

PC instructions

While NaviNet is your active window, try pressing the F11 key on the top row of your keyboard. This will maximize the window and probably let you access the entire screen.

If this does not work, check the screen resolution of your computer. Right-click your desktop background. Click Screen Resolution. Click the Resolution menu and drag the Screen Resolution slider toward High. Click OK to apply changes. 

Mac instructions

While NaviNet is your active window, try clicking the expand arrow in the top-right corner of your browser. This will maximize the window and probably let you access the entire screen.

If this does not work, check the screen resolution of your computer. Click the Apple icon on the menu bar, and click System Preferences on the menu. Click Displays in the System Preferences dialog. Select a resolution in the Resolution box. Click OK in the dialog that opens to apply changes, if necessary. Close all open dialogs.
