Why can't I see the Horizon transaction I'm looking for?

If a transaction does not appear for you under the Workflows for this Plan menu on Horizon Plan Central, follow all of these steps to gain access:

  1. Verify that you are using a compatible browser.
    Note: Some Horizon transactions are available only via Internet Explorer.
  2. Ensure that your browser is optimized for NaviNet by following the steps for your browser in Optimizing Your Browser.
  3. Share your email with Horizon by following the steps in Why does Horizon BCBSNJ need my email address and how do I provide it?
  4. Verify with your Security Officer that you have been given access to the relevant permissions.
    If you're not sure who is your Security Officer, follow the steps in Finding Your NaviNet Security Officer
  5. If you have completed Steps 1 to 4 and still cannot see the transaction, open a case with NantHealth Support by clicking Contact Support at the top of this page. Note: live chat is available in addition to phone and email support.
