The View/Print menu only displays benefit types for which full detail is immediately available without submitting another request to the health plan. If you do not see a benefit type that you want to print:
Click Cancel to close the View/Print menu.
In the Benefits menu, click the benefit type to retrieve and display the details.
Click View/Print again. The benefit type should now be available in the menu.
To view chiropractic benefits, select Chiropractic from the Benefits panel on the left side of the screen. You can also make Chiropractic your default benefit type by clicking Set as default benefit view in the top right corner.
If your search criteria returns multiple results, the Patient Search Results screen appears in which you can select the desired patient. If your search criteria returns only one result, the system displays the Details screen for the patient.
